Summary of Females and Klinefelter Syndrome

Because those with Klinefelter syndrome have a Y chromosome, all people with Klinefelter syndrome will be male. Females who have a genetic problem with their sex chromosomes develop the condition known as Turner syndrome. The cause of Turner syndrome is the complete or partial absence of one of the two X chromosomes.
